from Massey Place Community
The Massey Place Community Association has been working at building up the ice in the last week. We would like the public to stay off the ice until the ice is built up to the yellow boards around the bottom of the rink. There are a few rocks and rough patches still and we do not want you to damage your skates. Staying clear of the ice also makes for a lot less cleaning before flooding (which is happening twice a day on the weekends) and once a day when volunteers can be found.

In order to make the rink work, we need to have supervised skating times. If you are able to give two hours a week this winter, or a block of time during the winter season please contact the association. We need more volunteers to step up in order to make the rink a success.

Thank you in advance for your support and time.
